Face Fertility: Former KFI Patient Gives Back Through Fertility Grants

One of Kentucky Fertility Institute’s former patients, Maren Gosman, welcomed two children via in vitro fertilization (IVF) through our clinic. Now, she is helping others on the same journey with her non-profit organization, Face Fertility. Through her efforts, Maren is helping to create a supportive community where the choice to become a parent is guided by hope and health, not a bank account.
About Face Fertility Grants
Patients undergoing fertility treatment at Kentucky Fertility Institute have the opportunity to apply for a Face Fertility grant. The funds from these grants can be used for IVF procedures (including egg retrieval and embryo transfer) as well as for egg freezing. Grants are awarded twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. Application windows typically open 60 days before the award date.
Award amounts are determined based on the specific services needed and the available fundraising for that grant cycle. Grants may cover full or partial treatment costs, depending on the funds raised. Funds are paid directly to Kentucky Fertility Institute and must be used within 12 months of the award notification.
The Application Process
To apply, you’ll need to provide the following:
A letter from your fertility specialist at Kentucky Fertility Institute confirming your diagnosis and recommended treatment.
Proof of income, which can include recent tax returns or pay stubs.
A personal statement.
Additional documentation may be requested during the review process.
