Bianca Weaver, APRN, CNM
Nurse Practitioner
Bianca joined the clinical team at Kentucky Fertility Institute as a Nurse Practitioner in 2024. Having grown up in Louisville, she earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University prior to completing an accelerated nursing program at Bellarmine. After working for several years as an obstetric nurse, she returned to the University of Cincinnati to pursue an MSN degree in midwifery. As a certified nurse midwife, Bianca quickly became one of the most sought-after obstetric providers in Kentucky, known for her skill and passion for guiding patients through challenging times. However, after experiencing her own struggles with infertility, she felt called to help others facing similar difficulties and elected to join the team at KFI, where she has since excelled as both a provider and cheerleader for our patients. Although her first love will always be at the bedside, Bianca also has a special interest in professional development and has embraced a leadership role within the Advanced Practice Provider Professional Group of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, through which she helps to develop education and mentorship programs for new providers entering our field. In her free time, Bianca enjoys travel, cooking Italian food, and spending time with her husband and two beautiful IVF children.
